A RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESUBDIVISION
OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 224 RUTHERFORD ROAD
CASE NO. 2016-10
WHEREAS,Janine Harvieux of TGC Properties II, LLC,has made application
as the landowner for the City Council's approval of a resubdivision of the parcel at
224 Rutherford Road, which currently consists of two platted lots that are combined
as a single parcel for tax purposes; and
WHEREAS, the legal description of the current property configuration is:
Lot 1 and 2, Block 2, Liberty on the Lake 4th Addition,
according to the Plat on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder,
Washington County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the requested resubdivision is consistent with the City's
Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Stillwater hereby approves the requested resubdivision of property with the
following conditions:
1. The resubdivision shall be to divide the existing parcel back into its
original lots (Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 2, Liberty on the Lake 4th Addition).
2. Landscaping irrigation improvements between Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 2
shall be disconnected from one another.
Enacted by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota this 2nd day of
February, 2016.
