HomeMy WebLinkAbout2016-012 (Accepting Work and Ordering Final Payment for 2013 Street Project) RESOLUTION 2016-012 ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT FOR 2013 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (Project 2013-02) WHEREAS,pursuant to a written contract signed between the City and Hardrives, Inc. for improvement of the 2013 Street Improvement Project (Project 2013-02) and their work has been completed with regard to the improvement in accordance with such contract, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the city clerk and mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of$ 23,638.57 on such contract, taking Hardrives, Inc. receipt in full.
