APPROVAL OF STILLWATER&OAK PARK HEIGHTS CONVENTION &VISITORS
BUREAU (CVB) BYLAWS (REVISED 08-30-2014)
WHEREAS,the Stillwater City Council approved the Operating Agreement between the
cities of Stillwater and Oak Park Heights and the Convention &Visitors Bureau (CVB) on
June, 2, 2008; and
WHEREAS,the Operating Agreement specifically states that no changes to the Bylaws of
the Stillwater&Oak Park Heights CBV can take place without written consent of the Cities;
and
WHEREAS, the CVB has submitted revised Bylaws dated August 30, 2014 for Stillwater City
Council approval at their October 7, 2014 regular meeting.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Stillwater City Council that the CVB Bylaws,
revised August 30, 2014 are hereby approved.
Adopted by the Stillwater City Council this 7th day of October, 2014.
