Home My WebLink About1069 Ord (Rutherford Station) ORDINANCE NO. 1069 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STILLWATER CITY CODE SECTION 31-300 ENTITLED ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY SEVENTEEN AND A HALF ACRES TO RB, TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL The City Council of the City of Stillwater, Washington County, Minnesota, does ordain: Section 1. The zoning of the subject property, location of which is legally described in Exhibit A, is hereby amended to RB, Two-Family Residential. This proceeding is known as Case 2014-26. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after publication according to law, and upon the subject property becoming part of the City of Stillwater by operational law. Section 3. In all other ways the Stillwater City Code shall remain in full force and effect. Adopted by the City Council this 2nd day of September, 2014.
