Home My WebLink About2014-114 RESOLUTION 2014-114 ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE FIRE STATION PROJECT WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Fire Station Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, by the City's Construction Manager, Kraus- Anderson; and WHEREAS, Kraus-Anderson finds that the lowest responsible bids for the various construction elements are as detailed in their letter of June 27, 2014 and attached hereto as Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA,that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the bidders detailed in Exhibit A, in the name of the City of Stillwater for the work set forth therein.
