APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT
FOR THE CONVERSION OF AN OFFICE SPACE TO A RESIDENTIAL UNIT
AT 902 4TH STREET SOUTH
CASE NO. SUP/2014 -8
WHEREAS, the Hooley's Corner LLC made application for approval of a
Special Use Permit for a 537.5 square foot renovation to create a new residence on
the structure located at 902 4th Street South on property legally described as:
See Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, on March 10, 2014 the Planning Commission held a public
hearing on the requested Special Use Permit, no comments were made by the public
in the hearing, and unanimously recommended approval with one conditions; and
WHEREAS, on March 18, 2014 the City Council held a public hearing on the
requested Special Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Stillwater hereby approves the requested Special Use Permit with the following
conditions:
1. Major modifications to the SUP permit request must be reviewed by the Planning
Commission.
Enacted by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota this 18th day of
March, 2014.
