AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF THE NON FEDERAL SPONSORS SELF -
CERTIFICATION OF FINANCIAL CAPABILITY FOR AGREEMENTS
RELATING TO THE STILLWATER, MINNESOTA LEVY WALL PROJECT
PHASE 3A
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Stillwater, MN that the Non Federal
Sponsors Self- Certification of Financial Capability for Agreements (Stillwater,
Minnesota Levy Wall Project Phase 3A) is hereby approved and authorizes the City
Administrator to sign the Certification.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Stillwater this 18th day of September,
2012.
