ORDINANCE NO.: 1050
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STILLWATER
CITY CODE, SECTION 52.15,BY ADDING SECTION 52.15,
SUBDIVISION 4
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER DOES ORDAIN:
1. Adding. A new Subdivision 4 is added to §52.15 that will hereafter read as
follows:
"Subd. 4. Section 52.15 does not prohibit the possession or
consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers in a vehicle that
is operated for commercial purposes in a manner similar to a bicycle
by passengers who provide pedal power to the drive train of the
vehicle."
2. Saving. In all other ways the City Code will remain in full force and effect.
3. Effective Date. This Ordinance will be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication according to law
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Stillwater this 4th day of September,
2012.
