traffic committee John presented some draft proposal from the Traffic Committee to

Street to go east-bound on Chestnut Street. The committee is also
looking at the possibility of opening more turn lanes from Third
Street onto Chestnut Street and cutting off some shortcuts that are
actually causing more traffic problems.
