HomeMy WebLinkAbout1039 Ord (10 lots Linson Circle on Future Land Use Map of 2030 Comp Plan)ORDINANCE NO. 1039 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE 2030 STILLWATER COMPREHENSIVE PLAN The City Council of the City of Stillwater, Washington County, Minnesota, does ordain: Section 1. The 2030 Stillwater Comprehensive Plan's Future Land Use Map is amended by changing the designation of all ten lots on Linson Circle from MDR, Medium Density Residential to LMDR, Low/Medium Density Residential as indicated on Exhibit A. Section 2. The 2030 Stillwater Comprehensive Plan's Future Land Use Map is amended by changing the designation of property located at 1750 and 1778 Greeley Street South from Industrial to Commercial as indicated on Exhibit A. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after approval by the City Council, publication according to law, and upon findings by the Metropolitan Council that: 1. No significant modifications to the 2030 Stillwater Comprehensive Plan as a result of the above described Future Land Use Map amendments; and 2. The Future Land Use Map amendments have no substantial impact on, nor do they represent a substantial departure from any metropolitan systems plan. Adopted by the City Council this 6th day of September, 2011.
