The meeting was called to order by Mayor Junker
Present: Councilwoman Bodlovick, Councilmen Harry Peterson, Powell
and Mayor Junker
Absent: Councilman Roger Peterson

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the appraisal and the amount that
should be paid to Mr. Ogren for the damages to his property on South Greeley
Street. The Council had requested the meeting to go over the maps and to make
a determination of the damages involved to this property.
MR. VAN WORMER explained the various maps in connection with this improvement
and the location of the road to the property in question..
MR. MAGNUSON explained the appraisal which was prepared and that if the City
went to condemnation it would take a couple of years and it would be better
for all parties concerned if this could be resolved at this time. Mr. Ogren
would have to get a variance to build on the north splinter of his property.
MR. OGREN indicated that it would cost him over $100,000 to move the station
building and put in another pump.
On motion of Councilman Powell, seconded by Councilwoman Bodlovick,
the meeting adjourned at 5:40 P. M.
