The meeting was called to order by Mayor Junker. House of Representatives - District No. 51 -A James Hhiker, State Dept. of Welfare Tom Eberhart, State Dept. of Welfare Carol Eastwood, Washington County Welfare Ms. Smith, Washington County Welfare Mr. Sumey, Washington County Social Services Citizens: Mr. & Mrs. George e Schmitt Mr. & Mrs. Gary Hanson Mr. & Mrs. Richard Anderson James Lammers, attorney for Mr. Anderson The purpose of this meeting was to inform the neighbors and the Council regarding the license requirements for the RICHARD ANDERSON GROUP HOME RESIDENTIAL FACILITY. MR. LAIDIG chaired the discussion and the guide for this discussion was a list of questions prepared by the neighbors, which in greater part was answered by members of the State Department of Welfare and the Washington County Welfare Department. The citizens and the other representatives were given an opportunity to ask questions regarding the licensing of the Anderson Emergency Shelter Home and one of the main concerns was the number of times that Mr. Anderson has gone over the quota for which he is licensed and that this will be watched very closely in the future.
