M. — SPECIAL MEETING Present: Councilwoman Bodlovick, Councilman Peterson and Mayor Junker (Councilman Mahoney arrived late) Absent: Councilman Powell Also Present: Acting City Clerk, Schnell City Attorney, Dave Magnuson CONTRACT FOR A.F.C.S.M.E. COUNCIL NO. 517 - -On motion of Councilman Peterson, seconded by Councilwoman Bodlovick, that the Sick Leave section of this contract be changed to read "one day per month with a total accumulated of 100 days ". Vote on the Motion - AYES -- Councilwoman Bodlovick, Councilman Peterson NAYS- -Mayor Junker (motion carried) - -On motion of Councilman Peterson, seconded by Councilwoman Bodlovick, that in Article XVII - Paragraph 17.1 the following language be stricken: "or affectional preference" (all in favor) - -On motion of Councilman Mahoney, seconded by Councilwoman Bodlovick that a copy of the revised contract proposal incorporating the above two amendments be sent to the membership of the union. AYES -- Councilwoman Bodlovick, Councilmen Mahoney and Peterson NAYS - -None ABSTAINED - Mayor Junker (motion carried) POLICE UNION CONTRACT On motion of Councilwoman Bodlovick, seconded by Councilman Peterson, the Council accepted the contract for the Police Department as corrected and authorized the Mayor and the Acting City Clerk to sign same. (all in favor) OAK PARK HEIGHTS SEWER AGREEMENT On motion of Councilwoman Bodlovick, seconded by Councilman Peterson, the Council authorized the Mayor to sign the sewer connection agreement for Jim Purnick, 1331 Fourth Avenue South to the Oak Park Heights Sewer.
