Wednesday, April 20, 1977 7:30 P. M.
SPECIAL MEETING
The meeting was called to order by President Junker.
Present: Councilwoman Bodlovick, Councilmen Mahoney, Peterson, Powell
and President Junker
Absent: None
Also Present: City Attorney, Kimmel
Citizens:
1. On motion of Councilman Peterson, seconded by Councilwoman Bodlovick, the
Council ratified the Labor Contract with Local 49 except for a change in
Section 7 of Article VIII which indicates "There shall be twenty -six (26)
pay periods per year" and this is to be changed to "twenty -four (24) pay
periods per year ".
2. On motion of Councilman Mahoney, seconded by 3ouncilwoman Bodlovick, the
Mayor and the Acting City Clerk were authorized to sign the Amendment to
the Joint Powers Agreement. (all in favor)
3. On motion of Councilman Powell, seconded by Councilman Peterson, the Mayor
was authorized to instruct the street foreman to install an eight inch drain
tile from Chestnut to Myrtle Street on South Fourth Street right -of -way.
(all in favor)
4. The Cipy Attorney was directed to check into the ordinance requiring the
display of house numbers.
5. The City Attorney was directed to check into an ordinance relating to
mini- bikes.
6. On motion of Councilman Peterson, seconded by Councilman Mahhoney, the
Acting City Clerk was directed to re- advertise for the sale of the property
on Olive Street and also advertise the sale of the property to the south of
Pioneer Park, said bids to be returnable on May 24, 1977 at 7:30 P. M.

7. Discussion relating to the development of the Hooley- Hauge- Feeley property
was held at this time.
On motion of Councilman Peterson, seconded by Councilman Mahoney, the meeting
adjourned at 8:40 P. M.
