After reviewing your specification, we find that under item 6 of your specification requirements our Dresser Wheel Loaders would not comply. Item 6 requires the operator's cab to be located on the rear frame of the wheel loader. Dresser Wheel Loaders have the operator's compartment located on the front frame of the wheel loader. Dresser utilizes this design to allow the operator the best point of view of the entire bucket at all times. We are hereby asking that we be granted an exception to item 6. This would then allow Road Machinery & Supplies Co. to submit a bid on your wheel loader purchase.
