CANVASS OF VOTES FOR GENERAL CITY ELECTION (NOV. 6, 1990) ON NOV.
8, 1990.
Attached to this memo is a copy of a certification to be signed by the City
Council declaring the number of votes cast in the General City Election, to be
valid and electing the two highest candidates on the General City Election
Ballot, Noveni>er 6, 1990, to the office of Mayor and two Councilmembers of the
City of Stillwater.
Please enter a motion accepting these figures and naming the Mayor and
Councilmembers. They are:

The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Abrahamson.
Present:
Councilmembers Bodlovick, Kimble, Opheim and Mayor
Abrahamson.
Absent:
Councilmember Farrell

CANVASS OF VOTES
The meeting was convened for the purpose of canvassing the votes for the
Municipal General Election held on November 6, 1990. Council reviewed the
Abstract of Votes with the Computer and Absentee Totals for the five
Stillwater Precincts and noted the following results:

Motion by Councilmember Bodlovick, seconded by Councilmember Kimble to accept
the ballot figures presented declaring Wally Abrahamson as Mayor; and Ann
Bodlovick and Gary Funke as Councilmembers, each for a term of four years,
commencing at the first meeting of January, 1991; and the passing of the
Charter Amendment changing the election process in the City of Stillwater to a
Ward System. (All in favor)
