I would like to establish a 5 year proqram for the mainten- ance department for the City that would encompass better purchasing and equi?ment bidding that could save the city more of their purchasing - over - . dollars. I would also ike to initiate a fuel monitoring system for better record keepi g of fuels. I would also like to initiate a new records program both parts and maintenance .of vehicles to mention a few. I have been in trumental in training of the other mechanics and other City personel to operate City equipment and tools. I have assiste, in the past, and would like to participate further in helping depa4tment heads to prepare bids for equipment, ensuring better selecti~n of different types of equipment and tools.
