HomeMy WebLinkAbout0926 Ord (Shorelands) ORDINANCE NO.: 926 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31, SECTION 31-1 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO SHORELANDS The City Council of the City of Stillwater does ordain: 1. AMENDING. The Stillwater City Code, Section 31-1, subd. 33(2) General provisions and definitions is amended by changing the definition of Shorelands to hereafter read as follows: "Shorelands means that lot which meets all of the following criteria: (a) A portion of the lot must be located within one thousand (1,000) feet of the ordinary high water level of any public body of water or within three hundred (300) feet of the landward extent of a floodplain designated by the Floodplain Ordinance. (b) A portion of the lot must fall within a shoreland zomng district as delineated on the zoning map. (c) The lot must have water frontage. 2. SAVING. In all other ways, the City Code remains in effect. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance will be in full force and effect from and after its publication according to law.
