ORDINANCE NO. 913
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STILL WATER
CITY CODE, CHAPTER 51
PARKING REGULATIONS ON THE
CITY STREETS OF STILLWATER
The City Council of the City of Stillwater does ordain:
1. AMENDING. City Code S51-5 entitled "Snow emergencies" Subd. 1, Subd. 2 and
Subd. 3 are hereby stricken from the Code and in all ways repealed.
2. AMENDING. City Code S51, Subd. 5 entitled "Calendar parking" is amended as
follows:
A. 51. Subd. 5(1) is amended to hereafterread as follows:
"(1) Except on any street otherwise posted with signage, all persons
parking vehicles on the streets or highways of the city must park
vehicles according to the following system form November 1,
through April 1 st of each winter season, except for all streets within
the platted portions of the Liberty and Legends subdivisions of the
city in which all persons parking vehicles must park their vehicles
according to the following system throughout the year."
3. AMENDING. City Code S51-5, Subd. 5(5)(c) is amended to hereafter read as follows:
"c. Fourth Street and Third Street from Myrtle Street to Mulberry Street."
4. AMENDING. City Code S51-5, Subd. 5(5)(d) is stricken and in all ways repealed.
5. AMENDING. City Code S51-5, Subd. 5(7) is stricken and in all ways repealed.
6. RENUMBERING. The city clerk and city attorney are authorized to renumber City Code
Chapter 51 to effectuate the amendments.
7. SAVING. In all other ways, the City Code will remain in full force and effect.
8. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance will be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication according to law.
