ORDINANCE NO. 892
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 31 ZONING TO LIMIT
THE SIZE OF GARAGES IN LAKE SHORE, LR, AND
TRADITIONAL RESIDENTIAL, TR, DISTRICTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILL WATER DOES ORDAIN:
1. AMENDING. The City Code, Chapter 31, Sec. 31-1 Zoning is amended as follows:
(1) Chapter 31, Section 31-1, Subd. 11.1 (LR Lakeshore residential district),
subparagraph (4) Development regulations is amended by adding 9. to hereafter read:
Provision Single Family
"9. Maximum garage area 1 ,000 square feet"
(2) Chapter 31, Section 31-1, Subd. 11.2 (TR Traditional residential district),
subparagraph (4) Development regulations is amended by adding 9. to hereafter read:
Provision Single Family
"9. Maximum garage area 1,000 square feet"
2. SAVING. In all other ways, the City Code will remain in full force and effect.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance will be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication according to law.
