Home My WebLink About0765 Ord (Corporate Limits) e e e ORDINANCE NO. 765 AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF STILtWATER INTO CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED TERRITORY THAT IS OWNED BY THE CITY OF STILLWATER The City Council of the city of stillwater does ordain: 1. Unincorporated Land. certain territory described in the attached Exhibit "A" is not presently included within the corporate limits of any incorporated city. 2. Owned bv city. This territory is owned by the city and the land is deemed to be urban or suburban in character. 3. Territorv Annexed. The corporate limits of the city of Stillwater, Minnesota, are hereby extended to include the territory as described in the attached Exhibit "A". 4. Filinq. The city clerk is directed to file certified copies of this ordinance with the Secretary of State, the County Audi tor of Washington County, Minnesota, the Town Clerk of the Township of Stillwater, Minnesota and the Minnesota Municipal Board. 5. Effective Date of Annexation. This ordinance takes effect upon passage and pUblication and the filing of certified copies as directed in section 2 and approval of the Minnesota Municipal Board.
