AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STILLWATER CITY CODE BY
RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 699 AND DELETING
FROM THE STILLWATER CITY CODE SECTION 51.05,
SUBDIVISION 5, SUBSECTION 5, SUBPARAGRAPH 8
The City Council of the City of Stillwater does ordain:
1. Rescinding. Ordinance No. 699, an Ordinance of the
City of Stillwater enacting Section 51.05, Subdivision 5,
Subsection 5, Subparagraph 8, and Section 51.05, Subdivision 5,
Subsection 5, Subparagraph 8, are both hereby deleted.
2. Saving. In all other ways, the City Code shall remain
in full force and effect.
3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publication according to law.
