STILLWATER RECREATION MEETING
March 12, 1986
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson, Wayne Wohlers.
Members Present: Duane Nelson, John Benson, Wayne Wohlers, Brad MacDonald,
Linda Kluy, Jim Swanson.
Also Present: Dick Blekum, Robert Bielenberg.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Linda Kluy to approve February minutes and seconded by
Duane Nelson.
UPDATE ON WATER HEATER IN ARENA:
The Arena needs parts for 10 gas units ($30.00 each) to upgrade gas pressure.
A bid for $920.00 for parts and installation was received from Hoffman
Electric. Northern States Power is changing meter and raising gas pressure to
have system run more efficiently. The unit that was installed was not the
correct unit for application so problems exist aside from incorrect pressure.
There will be an update of condition and Hoffman's liability on this at the
next meeting.
.
METAL BUILDING UPDATE
Dick Blekum is going to report to the City Council on cost, etc. for permanent
building along with David (Choc) Junker's report for keeping metal building on
site at Lily Lake. Dick Blekum has figures and drawing for permanent
structure. (Note the Recreation Commission has already voted for removal of
metal building. Motion was made by Duane Nelson to build new building on plan
submitted by Dick Blekum. Motion was seconded by John Benson.)

the May meeting. Motion was seconded by Duane Nelson.
