Thp City Cauncil referred to the Parks Board the issue of
boats on Long Lake. George McFadden, representing the

Motion by steve Wolff, seconded by Tom Lillesve to adopt the
same policy and ordinance as adopted for Lily Lake, th_rcby
eliminating all powpr boats from Long Lake, Motion carried 5-4.
Motion by steve Wolff, seconded by Tom Llllesve to eliminat? all

The Board discussed allocatirlg $250,000 for new land within the
City limits for parks.

arc Armory funds available and the planning group is looking at
setting up joint planning with other nrunicipalities.

for his group to clean and maintain Kolliner Park, and the hold

The Leukemia Society Bike Tour will be held October 16, 199_, and

and beverages, and will be responsible for cleaning up.
The tennis courts proposal is to be completed by August 27, 1993.
