CITY HALL: 216 NORTH FOURTH STILLWATER, MINNESOTA 55082 PHONE: 612-439- 121 e MINUTES STILLWATER PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD MEETING October 23, 1990 MEMBERS PRESENT: Wayne Wohlers, Jim Gannon, Douglas Ha tman, steve Joyce, David Junker, Alan Liehr, Rob McGarry, and Mike polehna MEMBERS ABSENT: Tom Lammers, Roberta Opheim ALSO PRESENT: Bob Bielenberg Chairman Wohlers called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Jim Gannon, seconded by Douglas Hartman to a prove the minutes of the meeting of September 25 as presented. All in favor. OLD BUSINESS e The Committee discussed the feasibility membership of the Board from 11 members to 9 would be gradual, through attrition. There are members, with the resignation of Tom Thoreson. discuss this further in the future. ARENA AND BEACH REPORT Bob Bielenberg reported that the front doors will be re laced and the side doors will be redone with panic bars and a siren added, e at a cost of approximately $2200. There was discussion regarding the Arena's policy for requiring face masks. It was determined tha Attorney should make a decision in this regard.
