HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998-061RESOLUTION N0.98 = 61 RELATING TO PARHING RESTRICTION ON S.A.P.169-120-03 FROM SIXTH AVENUE TO FIFTH AVENUE IN THE CITY OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA. THIS RESOLUTION passed this 3rd day of March 1998, by the City of Stillwater in Washington County, Minnesota. The Municipal Corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City", WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the City has planned the improvement of MSAS 120 Burlington Avenue from Fourth Avenue to Fifth Avenue. WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement of this Street; and WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED: That the City of Stillwater shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the north side of MSAS 120 (Burlington Avenue) from St Avenue to 6th Avenue at all times.
