HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998-289RESOLUTION NO. ~ ~ _ 2 ~ g A RESOLUTION VACATING PART OF A UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, a petition was presented praying for the vacation of part of a utility easement; and WHEREAS, based upon the report of the City Engineer it appears that a part of the easement should be vacated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That the following part of the utility easement over vacated Oak Street between Grove Street and Hemlock Street be are the same hereby is vacated: That part of the utility easement retained in the vacation proceedings for Oak Street as set forth in Resolution No. 8107 enacted by the City Council the 1St day of August, 1989 that is described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 6, McKinstry and Seely's addition to Stillwater, then north along the east line of South Grove Street a distance of 13.64 feet, there running westerly to a point on the west line of Lot 1 extended to the north that is 19.47 feet north of northwest corner of Lot 1, then south along this extended line to the northwest corner of Lot 1, then east along the north line of Lot 1 to the point of beginning.
