AMENDING RESOLUTION 98-245
APPROVING CONTRACT WITH THOMAS CLEANING COMPANY
FOR HAZARDOUS WASTE CLEANUP OF PISTOL RANGE
WHEREAS, the cost for the transfer charges of the sand and lead was misquoted by
$1,350.00, and
WHEREAS, this increase in price is still lower than the other two bids received for this
project;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater,
Minnesota, that the contract with Tomas Cleaning Company for hazardous waste cleanup
of the pistol range is hereby approved for an amount of $9,350.00.
Adopted by Council this 6~' day of October, 1998.
