Home My WebLink About1993-216 L r RESOLUTION NO. 93-216 A RESOLUTION ott:I;~.Al'{)F A MINNESOTA GAMBLING-PREMISES PERMIT FOR THE AMERICAN LEGION POST '48 WHEREAS, the Amercian Legion has submitted an application to the City of Stillwater, requesting City approval of a pending Minnesota Premises Permit Renewal Gambling application, and WHEREAS, representatives of the organization appeared before the City Council and demonstrated to the City Council that the organization is collecting gambling monies for lawful purposes. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Stillwater approves of the gambling premises permit requested by the organization for 1994 - 97 at the American Legion, 103 So. Third Street in the City of Stillwater, Minnesota. The Mayor and City Clerk are directed to sign the acknowledgment on the permit application, and are to attach a copy of this Resolution to the application to be submitted to the Department of Gaming.
