RESOLUTION NO. 93-208
A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A MINNESOTA
PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION~FOR GAMBLING
AT THE HARBOR BAR, BY CLIMB ST: PAUL
WHEREAS, Climb St. Paul has submitted an application to the City of
Stillwater, requesting City approval of a pending Minnesota Gambling Premises
Renewal application permit; and
WHEREAS, representatives of the organization appeared before the City Council
and demonstrated to the City Council that the organization is collecting
gambling monies for lawful purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Stillwater approves of the
gambling ltcense requested by the organization for 1994-95 at the Harbor Bar,
517 No. Owens St., Stillwater, Minnesota. The Mayor and City Clerk are
directed to sign the acknowledgment on the permit application, and are to
attach a copy of this Resolution to the application to be submitted to the
Department of Gaming.
Enacted by the Stillwater City Council this 2nd day of November, 1993.
