RESOLUTION NO. 93-175
APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO.1 FOR L.I. 261,
MCKUSICK LK. RD. PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater,
Minnesota that Change Order No.1, for construction of sanitary sewer and
water lines in McKusick Lake Road/Laurel St., at an approximate cost of
$25,000, in conjunction with Local Improvement No. 261 currently being
constructed by Washington County and the City of Stillwater is hereby
approved; and the appropriate staff is hereby authorized to sign the necessary
forms.
Adopted by Council this 7th day of September, 1993.
