Whereas, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 7, 1992, a report
has been prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc., consulting engineers, with
reference to the improvement of the plat known as Green Twig Way which includes
the following:
Sanitary sewer, watermain, streets, storm sewer and all
appurtenances located northeasterly of Eagle Ridge Trail, northerlY
of the Minneapolis-St. Paul, abandoned suburban railway and south
of Eagle Ridge Lane, adjacent to the sanitary sewer easement for the
Oak Glen area and adjacent to Mckusick Lake.
and this report was received by Council on February 18, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Stillwater,
Minnesota:
1.
The Council will consider the improvement of such streets, utilities and
appurtenances in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes 429 at an estilllated cost of the improvement of
$305,359.84.

2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 17th
day of March 1992 in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 7 p.m. and the
clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
Adopted by Council this 18th day of February 1992.
