RESOLUTION NO. 92-187
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
FOR MYRTLE STREET RAVINE PROJECT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve an area bounded by Owens St. on the west,
North St. on the north, Sixth St. on the east, Pine St. on the south for the
repair of the drainage system for the Myrtle St. ravine and to assess the
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chap. 429;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc.
for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost
of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by Council this 8th day of September, 1992.
