RESOLUTION NO. 91-68
ACCEPTING WORK FOR L.I. 270,
FAIRMEADOWS SEWER LINE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract si9ned with the City on November 1,
1990, Volk Sewer and Water, Inc. of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota has
satisfactorily conpleted the improvement of the Fairmeadows Sewer Line on
Fafrmeadows Road from Maryknoll Drive to Olive Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, the work
completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Clerk and Mayor are hereby directed to
issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract, takin9 the
contractor's receipt in full.
Adopted by the Council this 16th day of April, 1991.
