RESOLUTION NO. 91-5
AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO WORK WITH
APPROPRIATE AGENCIES IN REGARD TO POSSIBLE
SOIL CONTAMINATION IN DOWNTOWN AREA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota that
the City's Consulting Engineers, Short-Elliott-HendriCKson, Inc., are
authorized to enter into a worK agreement with Braun Intertec Environmental,
Inc., Mendota Heights, Minnesota, on behalf of the City to determine the
parameters of the possible soil contamination in the Downtown Area, to meet
with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and to qualify for petrofunds for
reimbursement of investigation and clean-up costs; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the expenditure of $500.00 to Braun Intertec for
services is hereby authorized.
Adopted by Council this 8th day of January, 1991.
