RESOLUTION NO. 91-28
MAYOR'S CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL
WASHINGTON COUNTY HRA/COTTAGES PHASE III PROJECT
8E IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota that
the Mayor's Certificate of Approval as it relates to the issuance of up to
$2,850,000 in Multifamily Residential Rental Bonds to finance the acquisition
and construction of a 56-unit multifamily rental housing project located at
the northeast corner of the intersection of Cottage Drive and County Road 5 in
the City of Stillwater to be owned by Cottages Phase III Limited Partnerhsip,
is hereby approved; and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Certificate.
Adopted by Council this 19th day of March, 1991.
