RESOLUTION NO. 91-192
AWARD OF BID FOR
FIRE DEPARTMENT ROOF REPLACEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater,
Minnesota, that the bid of Berwald Roofing Co., Inc. of No. St. Paul,
Minnesota, in the amount of $48,871.00 for the roof replacement for the
Stillwater Fire Station, 216 No. Fourth Street, Stillwater, Minnesota, which
bid is hereby found to be the lowest responsible bid meeting specifications,
be, and the same is hereby accepted; and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract on behalf of the City
with Berwald Roofing Co., Inc. for the roof replacement of said building, said
contract to be in accordance with the specifications and the proposal of the
bidder which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
Adopted by Council this 1st day of October, 1991.
