RESOLUTION NO, 91-146C
A RESOLUTION VACATING
A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
(Lot 1, Block 1, Orleans Addition)
WHEREAS, on July 16, 1991, at a meeting duly called for the
purpose the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Washington
County, Minnesota met and considered the Petition of the
Washington County Housing and Redevelopment Authority for the
vacation of a Drainage and utility Easement, and
WHEREAS, it appeared, based upon the recommendations of the
City Engineer that the easement proposed to be vacated would no
longer be needed by the Public and that it would be in the best
interest of the Public that the Easement be vacated.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Drainage and Utility
Easement attached hereto as Exhibit "A" pages 1 and 2 be, and the
Easement hereby is vacated and the real estate described within
the Easement shall hereafter be free of any encumbrance
associated therewith.
Adopted by the City Council this 16th day of July, 1991.
