".' , IlESOLU'rImI RO. 91-140 RJlAPlIORTI~ OF SPI!CIAL ...q....... -- Fml 0lJ'fL0! 0, au:: GUllI 15m AIl>IfiCM Whereas, special assessments for outlot 0, Oak Glen 15th Addition, were originally filed for Local Improvement No. 184; and Whereas, the city Council has been granted special legislation with regard to these Oak Glen Assessments and reassessment authority; and Whereas, the City of Stillwater has caused these reassessments for L.I. 184 to be filed as L.I. 184-5 and L.r. 184-6; and Whereas, the balance of special assessments for Local Improvement No. 184-5 outstanding at December 31, 1991 for outlot 0 is $5,409.43 and the balance of special assessments for L.1. 184-6 outstanding at December 31, 1991 is $140,920.15 for a total of $146,329.58 and Whereas, the City .Council of the City of Stillwater has previously approved a subdivision of outlot 0 into 7 lots; and Whereas, it is the intent and policy of the City of Stillwater to reapportion outstanding special assessments when a subdivision is approved. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater that the outstanding special assessments for outlot 0, Oak Glen 15th Addition be reapportioned equally amongst the 7 lots approved in the subdivision as follows: Per Lot L.1. 184-5 L.1. 184-6 $ 772.78 $21,131.45 $20,904.23 Total and the grand total for 7 lots is $146,329.58 Adopted this 16th day of July 1991.
