COMMENDATION FOR J. R. BLEKUM
PARKS DIRECTOR
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Stillwater, Minnesota that J. R.
Blekum, (Dick Blekuml be awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for his many
years of.service as Director of the Parks Department for the City of
Stillwater as he retires.
Adopted by Council this 15th day of January, 1991.
