APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF STILLWATER AND
STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the agreement with
between the City of Stillwater and State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources for
support and contribution of City funds in an amount not to exceed $350,000 for the Trout
Stream Realignment Project, hereto attached as Exhibit A, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized to sign said Agreement.
Adopted by Council this 15th day of June, 1999.
