Home My WebLink About1996-172 . e e RESOLUTION NO. 96-172 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BE IT RESOLVED, that the Stillwater, Minnesota Police Department enters into a Grant Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the project entitled Safe & Sober Communities during the period from October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997. Donald L. Beberg, Chief of Police, is hereby authorized to execute such agreements as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Stillwater Police Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that David Schwartz, Forest Lake, Minnesota Police Chief, is hereby authorized to be the fiscal agent and administer this grant on behalf of the Stillwater Police Department.
