RESOLUTION NO. 96-132A
APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
LOTS 25 AND 26, OAK GLEN ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the lot line adjustment
between Lot 25 and Lot 26, Oak Glen Subdivision, the vacation of utility and drainage
easements and the acceptance of new drainage and utility easements as shown on Exhibit A
attached hereto, are hereby approved.
Adopted by Council this 21st day of May, 1996.

A 12.00 fooc wide drainage and ucility easement over, under and across that part of Lot 26 and
Lot 25, Block I, OAK GLEN, according the plat on file in the office of the County Recorder,
Washington County, Minnesota lying 6.00 feet each side of the following described center line:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 26; thence South 38 degrees 54 minutes 34
seconds East, bearing oriented to said pla4 along the southwesterly line of said. Lot 26 a distance
of 20.90 feet to an angie point in said. southwesterly line of Lot 26 and the point of beginning of
the center line to be described; thence North 55 degrees 08 minutes 55 seconds East 91.62 feet;
thence North 53 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds East 74.99 feet to the northeast corner of said
Lot 26 and said center line there terminate.

northeasterly 12.00 feet of said Lots 25 and 26 and lying northeasterly of the southwesterly 12.00
feet of said Lors 25 and 26.
