RESOLUTION 96-130
ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT
FOR STILL WATER MARKET PLACE IMPROVEMENTS
(L.I.301)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 17, 1994 has
satisfactorily completed the improvement of utilities to serve the Stillwater Market Place in
accordance with such contract,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF STILLWATER,
MINNESOT A. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the city clerk and mayor are hereby directed to
issue a proper order for the final payment of$64,117.09 on such contract, taking the contractor's
receipt in full.
Adopted by the Council, this 21st day of May, 1996.

All that part of the platted drainage and utility easements located along the westerly line
of said Lot 1 and along the easterly lines of said Lots 2, 3 and 4, lying southerly of a
line drawn parallel with and 10.00 feet southerly of the northerly lIne of saId Block One,
and northerly of a line drawn parallel with and 15.00 feet northerly of the southerly lines
of said Lots 1 and 4; and
All that part of the platted drainage and utility easements located along the southerly line
of said Lot 2 and along the northerly line of said Lot 3 lying easterly of a line drawn
