Home My WebLink About1996-130 RESOLUTION 96-130 ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT FOR STILL WATER MARKET PLACE IMPROVEMENTS (L.I.301) WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 17, 1994 has satisfactorily completed the improvement of utilities to serve the Stillwater Market Place in accordance with such contract, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF STILLWATER, MINNESOT A. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved, and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the city clerk and mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of$64,117.09 on such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
