RESOLUTION NO, 95-272
APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN CITY OF STILLWATER AND
AUDIOVISUAL SYSTEMS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the Contract for
audiovisual consultant services for the city hall building project, attached hereto as Exhibit A,
by and between the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, and Audiovisual Systems, Inc., is hereby
approved, and the appropriate city staff is authorized to sign said Agreement.
Adopted by Council this 29th day of November, 1995.
