Home My WebLink About1994-078 r' r r RESOLUTION NO. 94-78 APPROVING AGREEMENT OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT BETWEEN THE CITY OF STILLWATER AND LUMBERJACK DAYS FESTIVAL ASSOCIATION FOR LUMBERJACK DAYS CELEBRATION WHEREAS, a request has been made by the Lumberjack Days Festival Association, a Minnesota non-profit corporation, for funds to assist in the organization of Lumberjack Days, a community wide celebration of the City; and WHEREAS, staff was directed to prepare an Agreement between the City of Stillwater; Todd Weiss, acting as disbursing agent, in conjunction with the Lumberjack Days Festival; and the Lumberjack Days Festival Association; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the Agreement between the City of Stillwater, Todd Weiss, and the Lumberjack Days Festival Association, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and Clerk are directed to sign said Agreement.
