RESOLUTION NO. 94-43
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ON NEAL AVENUE
FROM CURVE CREST BLVD TO WEST ORLEANS STREET
Whereas, the City of Stillwater desires to construct Neal Avenue from Curve Crest
Blvd to West Orleans Street; and
Whereas, the roadway width allows four driving lanes, necessary turning lanes and
a center island; and
Whereas, there is no remaining space for parking lanes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That no parking will be allowed on Neal Avenue from Curve Crest Blvd to West
Orleans Street.
Adopted by the City Council this 15th day of February 1994.
