RESOLUTION NO. 94-31
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING PUBLIC HEARING
ON WEST MULBERRY STREET IMPROVEMENTS, L.I. 300
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 4, 1993, a report has
been prepared by Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc., Consulting Engineers, with reference to the
improvement of West Mulberry Street from North Owens Street on the west to North Everett
Street on the east, and this report was received by the Council on February 1, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
STILL WATER, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the
report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $235,063.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of
February, 1994, in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 p.m. and the clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Council this 1st day of February, 1994.
