RESOLUTION NO. 97-166
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE
FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDER
REGARDING THE DENIAL OF AN APPLICATION OF
JOHN WHITCOMB FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT
FOR RESIDENTIAL USE AND A VARIANCE FROM THE
STILL WATER PARKING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENT
AT 124 SOUTH 2nd STREET
WHEREAS, based upon direction given by the City Council, the City Attorney has
drafted Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order regarding the Council's intention to
deny the application of John Whitcomb for a Special Use Permit for residential use and a
Variance to the Stillwater Parking Ordinance requirements for the property at 124 South 2nd
Street; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to all the evidence presented at
the hearing and after due consideration, resolves as follows:
1.
That the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" regarding the denial of the application of John Whitcomb for a
Special Use Permit for residential use and a Variance from the Stillwater Parking
Ordinance requirement for the property at 124 South 2nd Street be and the same
hereby are approved.
Enacted by the City Council this 15th day of July, 1997.
