RESOLUTION 97-151 APPROVING RESUBDIVISION LOTS 16 THROUGH 22, BLOCK 1, CHURCHILL'S SECOND ADDITION AND THE NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK 1, AND THE SOUTH 27 FEET OF LOT 23, BLOCK 1, CHURCHILL'S SECOND ADDITION INTO SIX SINGLE FAMILY LOTS AT 1303 -1373 SO. FIFTH STREET IN THE RB, TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, a request has been submitted by John Roettger to resubdivide Lots 16 through 22, block 1, Churchill's Second Addition and the north 30 feet of Lot 15, Block 1, and the south 27 feet of Lot 23, Block 1, Churchill's Second Addition into six single family lots at 1303 - 1373 So. Fifth Street in the RB, Two-Family Residential District. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater approved the resubdivision of Churchill's Second Addition Lots 16 through 22, Block 1, the north 30 feet of Lot 15, Block 1 and the south 27 feet of Lot 23, Block 1 into six single family lots, subject to the following conditions: 1. The developer shall meet all city engineer requirements for connection to city water and sewer services and improvement to South Fifth Street. 2. A reciprocal easement for use of the shared driveways and maintenance agreement for shared driveways shall be prepared, reviewed by the city attorney and recorded at time of final plat recording. 3. The design of each residential unit shall be similar to the design of those shown in the plan submittal and be approved by the community development director before building permits are issued. 4. An overall front yard landscape plan with grass yard areas, trees and shrubs shall be approved for the overall site before building permits are issued. 5. Fire hydrant on South Fifth replaced. 6. An overall drainage plan shall be approved before building permits for any unit are issued. Adopted by lbe City Council of Stillwater this 1" day ~~yor Attest: ~ ~
